Can I send product carousels by text?
Yes. RCS messages can include a swipeable carousel of cards, each with a photo, a title, a price and buttons. They arrive in the customer's regular messages app.
Does it work for online-only stores?
Yes. Buttons can open any product or collection page on your site, so customers go straight from the text to checkout.
Do I need permission to text customers about sales?
Yes. Marketing texts need the customer's consent. Ciclo records how and when each customer opted in, at checkout, on your site or in store, and skips anyone who hasn't or who replied STOP.
