Do we need permission to text our donors?
Yes. Ciclo checks how your supporters' numbers were collected, documents existing permission, and sets up simple opt-ins for anyone who hasn't said yes yet.
Will this replace our donor database?
No. Ciclo works from the list you already keep. It isn't a CRM, and your team doesn't have to learn a new one.
Who writes the messages?
Your team writes them, with help from Terry, Ciclo's AI assistant. On the Managed plan our team writes them for you. Either way, you approve every message before it goes out.
