Terry finds who to reach and writes a different message for each group, based on what those customers already did with you: the service they booked last spring, the class they keep coming back to. Ciclo then adds each person’s own name and details, so every customer gets a text written for them, and customer details never go into the AI.

How long until I can text customers?
You can start building on the Free plan right away. Texting customers needs your own verified sender, and that outside review usually takes 4 to 6 weeks after you move to a paid plan.
Do I have to switch from the tools I use now?
No. Ciclo isn't a CRM. Bring in your contacts from a spreadsheet export or the system you already use.
Who approves the messages?
You do, on every plan. On Managed our team prepares each campaign, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
