How do restaurants collect phone numbers for texting?
The most common ways are a QR code on the table or receipt, a sign-up on the restaurant's website, and a keyword guests text to join. Each guest has to opt in, and Ciclo records how and when they did.
Can guests book a table from the text?
Yes. A button in the message can open your reservation or online ordering page, and guests can also reply in the thread to reach your team.
Will texts go out late at night?
No. Ciclo checks quiet hours in each guest's time zone at the moment of sending, and won't text a guest during them.
