What is Ciclo?
Ciclo is a texting platform for US businesses. It sends branded RCS messages, with your verified name, logo, images and buttons, to customers who opted in, and checks consent, opt-outs and quiet hours before every send.
How much does Ciclo cost?
Free is $0 a month to build and preview campaigns, with test sends to your own team coming soon. Starter is $199, Growth $699 and Scale $1,599 a month, for up to 2,500, 10,000 and 25,000 messages from your own verified sender, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. What is RCS messaging?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the modern replacement for SMS. It arrives in the phone's built-in messages app, shows a verified business name and logo, and supports images, buttons and read receipts.
Does RCS work on iPhone?
Yes. iPhones on iOS 18 or later receive RCS when the carrier supports it, and Android phones have supported it for years.
Can I see an RCS message before I sign up?
Yes. Scan the code on our home page, or tap it on your phone, and send the text that opens. Ciclo replies with a live RCS message.
Can I try Ciclo before texting customers?
Yes. On the Free plan you can build and preview campaigns and invite your team, with every feature included. Test sends to your own team, up to 100 a month, are coming soon.
Do I need permission to text my customers?
Yes. In the US you need consent before sending marketing texts. Ciclo records when and how each customer opted in, and skips anyone who hasn't or who replied STOP.
