A test sender will let you send real RCS messages before your own brand is registered. It only sends to the people you add as testers, such as your team, so it's for trying Ciclo out, not for texting customers. Test senders are coming soon to the Free plan; until then, Free builds and previews.
It is a one-time fee on every paid plan for getting your own verified RCS sender, and it is waived when you pay yearly. We register your brand with Google and the carriers, so your messages show your business name, logo and a verified badge. Registration is an outside review that usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, and we manage it for you.
A Ciclo team that plans, writes and sends up to 4 campaigns a month on your plan, for $1,000 a month on top of it. You approve every campaign before it goes out.
Yes. Every plan, from Free to Enterprise, includes contacts and consent records, rich messages with images and buttons, Terry, and reporting. The plans differ in the sender, the number of messages and how much our team does for you.
Nothing stops. Extra messages are billed per message: 9¢ on Starter, 8¢ on Growth and 7¢ on Scale. If you go over often, moving up a plan costs less. Above 25,000 a month, Enterprise is priced around your volume.
